How To Set Up An Advertising Campaign with Apsense

I am starting a new section of Step by Step guides & strategies for Text Ads and this is going to be the first one. I am going to start with Apsense because I get tons of traffic from it for free and paid.

This will be a Paid Advertising campaign and will actually have Text & Image but is mostly a text ad since the image is optional.

Apsense Alexa Rank is 3,100 and it ranks really high on Search Engines, I use it a lot to get top placement when promoting a new program. In this example we will buy a $10usd campaign for 7 days which is a great deal since Apsense gets millions of hits per month. Since you are going to pay for a timeframe and not clicks you should make your ad as attractive as possible, even if it has some sort of hype in it the goal is to get prospects to click and then they get the details on your landing page.

The trick is something catchy but in this post image it will contain a generic ad.

Let’s get started.

Setting Up your Text Ad using Apsense

Step 1 – Go to Apsense.com and join by filling up your Name, Username, Email & Password.

Step 2 – Log into your account, on the top menu choose ‘Paid Advertising’ from the ‘Advertising ‘Tab.

Step 3 – Click on ‘Add A New Ad’.

Step 4 – Fill Your Ad details (It should look like this). A good image size to choose are the 125×125 banners, they look great on these ads, make sure to always use one.

Step 5 – Click on ‘Submit It’, now you will be able to see your ad, click on ‘Activate’ with the green arrow.

Step 6 – Choose either Paypal or Alertpay and complete your transaction.

Step 7 – After you complete the payment you will land on a page saying that it will take 5-10 mins for your ad to start to show, thats not true it will be up and running right away.

And that is it, it doesn’t get any easier and with the above instructions even a 7-year-old kid can do it.
