Alertpay Credit Card Issue Update

Alertpay posted a new update on their blog and it isn’t about Visa & Mastercard, that was posted few days ago and it had the same info we have been getting for over 3 months now “We are working on the issue, it will be solved soon”.

Apparently they are far from fixing this as they just faced a new problem, I don’t know why but now their American Express (AMEX) processing capabilities are unavailable, the reason for this isn’t explained in the update which you can read below but that surely brings a lot of questions.

Now Alertpay does not support Visa, MasterCard nor Amex nor any type of Credit / Debit Card. The only way to deposit money to Alertpay is through an exchanger or BankWire and ACH if in the USA.

For withdrawals only Bankwires are available now with a very high fee.

I recommend everyone to get a Solid Trust Pay account and verify it because most of the programs are stopping their relationship with Alertpay including Banners Brokers, a program with tens of thousands of members and over 14 months paying.

We are temporarily unable to process American Express credit card transactions. You can continue to make payments via your AlertPay E-Wallet.
