W4AT News Update 9/11/2012
Update : Promising positive update from Admin at the bottom of the post, this comes from the Skype group.
Note : I cheer for Wealth4AllTeam but I have to see things happen before I believe them. Hope you understand, being in this industry this long makes you this way.
Without any previous notice Wealth4AllTeam today has stopped all transactions. No more money coming in or going out. This means that members are no long earning from their Advertising Units, withdrawals are disabled and deposits as well.
Below I will share with you the official Wealth4AllTeam Newsletter and another admin update about this issue. The newsletter reached me and others after the Deposit & Withdrawal options were gone.
Even though we cannot reach any conclusions as to what is going on exactly the warning signs were there. I also suggested over 5 times to take your initial purchase out and play with the profits. You never know when a hard turn like this has to be taken. I know I am going to get bash for saying that but any type of purchase, investment, spend you do online or offline comes with its risks, specially online.
Now I believe that Genesis Project will become reality in the future but also believe that the concept will be completely different from Wealth4AllTeam and it will require Selling and Sponsoring. Just Speculating.
Let me say that I don’t want to get bash for this, this is just my opinion and I can be right or wrong, that doesn’t matter but I honestly believe that there were many signs that made me reach the conclusion that business as usual was almost over and that is why I suggested without insisting that members take their initial purchase out of the program. These signs were : Removing the sponsor sign up commissions (this lowers money going out), Removing the PSU (this lowers money going out), Adding a new higher fee (This brings more money in), Putting a first deposit limit (this limits money coming in), That time that all the transactions were waiting to clear (Bad sign) and few days later…
I was counting on W4AT big time for the coming months and it’s really sad that it is now on ‘Pause‘ without any prior notice.

The last bit of news at the bottom is really encouraging where it says that it should only take 3-5 days to get the whole process completed. Read up.

Everyone, we had sent an email out with the information pertinent to our current situation but our mailer system has a failure right now and the emails have not gone out. I am copying the email here and it can be copied to all the rooms. Our sys admin is working on getting the mailer back to functional so all the emails can go out. We apologize for the confusion this has created.
here is the text from the email:

As you are aware from previous communications, we have been working hard at getting our Project Genesis off the ground. In the past, we also informed you that we were consulting with both our legal team and with a compensation consulting firm to help us integrate our existing pay structure with the new model. During these consultations, it has become clear to us that the required changes to the current compensation plan are too drastic and complicated to be done effectively. Based on that, our counsel has advised us to create a completely new business model that will better serve everyone for our new business.
What does this mean for you? It means that the current compensation model that we’ve been using with Wealth4allTeam is going away to make room for the new. In order for us to do this, we must close our system as it exists today and cash out all participants in the system. We will honor all of our commitments, including our commitment to ensure that no one loses money with Wealth4allteam. In order to carry out this commitment, we will be closing down the site so we can work on all the details for an orderly, clean and accurate accounting of affiliate and customer accounts. During the process, you will be able to see your back office but will not be able to make any changes and we will be communicating and letting you know the time frame and details to get this task completed via email. Our next communication will be in the next few days. In that communication, we will explain the cash out process and what your account will receive.
At the same time, we will continue work on the new system (Project Genesis). We want to finalize the process and get started as quickly as possible. We hope that the majority of you will join us in this new endeavor. We’ve changed the pay plan in the past, as recently as January 2012, and it was received with great excitement. This time, we’re developing something even stronger and more powerful than what anybody has seen before. We feel it has greater potential than the existing wealth4allteam platform.

everyone, please feel free to copy this response. If you remember in december, we did the shut down and quickly calculated what was owed everyone. this time will be the same thing, we needed to shut down so all accounting is static and we can calculate correctly. we don’t forsee this taking more than 3 to 5 days. Now, for the new companyl launch, we are working as hard as we can with our developers and are hoping for a launch in October. What’s coming is great ! Be patient
Any e-wallet withdrawals done to I-payout today before the system stop will be there tomorrow and can be withdrawn to your bank accounts as ussual. Again everyone, we are not in trouble, we are not running with the money, no one will lose any money as we did before. I know for some of you is a lot to ask, but you need to trust in us as we have done this before and no one lost anything and were all better after we launch the new system. this time is no exception.
